WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
We have a number of high quality brands included in our kit. Our particular favourites are, Mac, Bobbi Brown, Nars, Chanel, Urban Decay and Benefit.
IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY TRIAL AM I COMMITTED TO BOOK?
No, you are just required to pay for the trial and any travel charges incurred.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT BEFORE BOOKING A TRIAL?
Yes, we are booked 1-2 years in advance. Therefore we can not secure your wedding date until a deposit has been taken. A non refundable booking deposit of £150 is payable at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent this is payable via a bank transfer. Once payment has been received you will be emailed a receipt and a booking confirmation.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK IN MY TRIAL?
Trials are advised to be booked in 6-12 weeks prior to your wedding date. We have found that some of our brides like to have reassurance by booking their trial sooner, we are more than happy to do this to give you peace of mind.
WHERE WILL MY TRIAL TAKE PLACE?
Your trial can either take place at your chosen location. Or you can travel to your artist.
HOW LONG SHOULD I ALLOW FOR MY TRIAL?
We would recommend 1.5hrs for a hair OR make-up trial and 2.5 hrs for hair AND make-up.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY TRIAL?

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL CHARGES?
Travel is charged at 50p per mile after the first 10 miles. This is calculated as a round trip from and to your artist home.
WHAT TIME WILL WE NEED TO START ON THE MORNING OF THE WEDDING?
Your artist will create your morning schedule with you at your trial. We generally allow 1.5hrs for bride hair and make-up and 1 hour for each bridal party members hair and make-up.
WHEN IS THE TOTAL BALANCE DUE? BEFORE THE WEDDING? OR ON THE DAY?
Your final payment is due 6 weeks before the wedding date, an invoice will be sent to you and can be settled via a bank transfer.
